At Salts Mill Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all returned products are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
